Actually, I read in instruction guide that PCCs not available at the time of application should be sent later on request from VO and thus waiting. My RBVO is on 28 Aug so was planning to wait for this week for VO to ask for PCC. But, now I agree with you ..n send it today hopefully.
But still I have a confusion, since my spouse lived in sweden in past, he is now with me in Nepal and we have sent PCC from Nepal for both of us. His pcc from sweden should be the same for that period and it should not make any difference whether its older than three months or not......but its my logic and I just can hope the VO to have the same logic......
