First of, it is considered rude to type in caps. Anyways, sorry to hear about your case.No one knows when cap is going to be reached, but it is assumed quicker than before bcos they are only accepting 500 applications this time around. Unfortunately there is no update on the applications received so far in order to estimate.What you can do now is to reapply if you have all the docs ready; have they returned your application pack? As of 21 July, there are only 3 applications received for NOC 3113 despite the so called 'mad rush' anticipated. In the next few weeks, the number will rise rapidly. The caution is that it is only an estimate and not be a true reflection of what's on the ground....it doesn't change what I said earlier though that reapply as quickly as possible once u have all the required docs....good luck!
