i got back my application packet today.

reason: there is no evidence for arranged amployment.

my agent mentioned the address for FSW 2 on the cover.
actually i applied for FSW1. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Iam not discouraged any way. dont be discouraged by this news.
you should be very keen on writing the address.

That's sad news shijoal. Can you not send an explanation letter stating it is just a simple typographical error? If I'm not mistaken we applied the same NOC, right?

We hired an agent too. There were a lot to be desired, not to mention the delays. We thought having an agent was a big advantage. But there were some things they didn't do, not sure if it was on purpose or they simply didn't know. But since it's water under the bridge we can only hope for the best.

hi guys .... finally a good news ..... just contacted my bank and they certify that my certified cheque is encashed on 3rd of June
So guys plz contact your banks and hope you will here good news too ....
As to my knowladge encashement of money mean that my application is complete and it also mean that I am currently included in the cap ?

I am sorry about your news....hmmmm, was it worth it to pay this agent when he doesn't even know where to post your applications? Any, if you occupation is not capped yet, you should quickly reapply as no one knows whaz gonna happen with the new rules. And chin up. Think again before using an agent again... you can take control of your application! Good luck! Mandie

I dunno. I stopped asking our agent. She promised to update me as soon as she gets news. I emailed her hours ago.
What we are hoping now is the positive feedback from CIO.
But I'm getting our papers ready just in case it's not what we are hoping for. Getting another original copies of some docs takes time to arrive with our mailing system here in the Philippines.

We were kind of beating the cap when we applied. What we are worried is if we made it before 3113 reached its cap, which was May 20.
They received our appli May 6. Until now we have no news about the CC being charged. Normally its charged within the week.

Mandie in shijoal's case, even if cap is reached already, can he still ask for reconsideration? What do you think?

I don't think reconsideration would be entertained...his application was returned just like someone who sent an uncompleted application would have been. His details were not retained thus, the only option he has is to reapply. And now that his NOC is capped, that is too bad> i guess he just has to wait for the new rule.

Just a little more patience my dear....xylver0525's application was received on 2nd May and he got his PER on 7th June.....a few more days and we also be getting the news ;D
