I am claiming 5 points for relative in Canada and now I need urgent help being no contacts with me my sister has filled wrong information about me while filing the family form when she first applied in 2001 now she is a Canadian citizen and living there she has entered my first name wrong and also my date of birth in order to claim relative points they might go through her old family forms what should I do now please help me in this matter. Thank you

Hi,

CIC just approved on the basis of job duties you have given, visa office does the proper investigation and they can refuse the application if VO is not happy with the Job Duties or any because of any other reason. Its always good when CIC has approved your application but its not a guarantee that it will also be approved by visa office as there are other background and security checks are also invovled at visa office which CIC does not do.

If you really need to give IELTS and next date is far away then only option for you is to travel to different country and give IELTS there.

Hi,
I am also in same situation (job loss few weeks ago). I have modified Schedule 1 (personal history section) to indicate my current situation and provided explanation in cover letter and submitted termination letter along with the reference letter. I dont' think job loss will affect your chances..

The rest of the forms are the copies of what I have submitted to CIO. Only one form (schedule 3) has changed since my documents submission to CIO. I did not use this new form. I have submitted my full docs last week.

This is just how I have filled my forms. Please see what others have to say..

I think it's not due to policy but since you have mentioned "Canada Immigration" on the options sheet. they want to send the copy as per request but they want a clear address. Anyway if you are sending a copy from your side, then it should not be a problem. By the way when are you sending your package? I am thinking of sending it on monday or so.. Gudluck again.

My full documents delivered to VO yesterday, Alhamdolillah. Much relaxed now as last few weeks in getting all docs was very tough and praying for everything to go smooth (insha Allah).

Now another but looooong wait this time. But to be honest, even this long wait is okay if we get the +ve result in the end like we got our AORs in 06 months but after getting AOR we just forgot all the past things
