I dont know how many application CIO has received on 3rd May...since last many days/weeks, getting same news that they r still processing 3rd May applicants.....how lomg they gonna take....its too much now... ???

Even now June applicants CC are being charged now.....what happened to May AORs....only 02 in whole month....

UPDATE:

Processing times for Federal Skilled Worker applications received on or after June 26, 2010, are not yet available. For applications sent before June 26, 2010, the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, is currently working on applications received up to June 25, 2010

Dear Friends

The process of immigration the world over is not with the speed of light.The process on the part of the applicants should be with the speed of the rocket .On the other hand , the operator of the immigration system do not feel the pain .Rather, they strive to continuously introduce measure that will only favour few applicants
The Canadian immigration system from my point of view is fair in the sense that it uses the point system.
I will therefore encourage all applicant to Canada to be patient and refrain from doing anything that will heat up the polity.
In this forum , we have read the success story of many applicants. Each time I read the story of someone who receives a visa or landed in Canada, I am happy because, I will sing a new song one day. In May this year when I joined this great forum, I read the story of CC/DD being charged. Then I had just Couriered my doc to CIO.Today, my CC has been charged and I know that before the end of August, by the Grace of God, I will receive MY GOLDEN WORLD CUP- AOR
Let us therefore be patient and encourage ourselves with the success of our past heroes

Called up CIO yesterday and they told me they are still working on May 3 rd applications.
and still my DD is not charged...wondering how long this wait will be ???

IT WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF SOME ONE EXPLAIN ME MORE ABOUT SETTLEMENT FUND .. I AM PLANNING TO SHOW IT AS FIXED DEPOSIT... IS IT OKAY...OR ANY OTHER SUGGESTION... HOW MANY MONTHS WE NEED TO PRODUCE OUR VISA OFFICE..

Hi del123,
Settlement funds can actually be shown to VO for your application process.You will also need to show your regular savings or demand deposit accounts for the last 3-12 months depending on your VO specific requirements.

However, to be on a safe side when submitting your documents to VO, ensure that you fix the settlement funds for at least 6 months.

Hello one and all

I thinks CIC is wrapping up all the Pre June 26 applications as not to be mistaken with the post June 26 applications.

I seriously think that tthey are just processing the CC's and DD's, returning all the unfit applications then move on to AOR's

It will be raining AOR's soon my friends..... soon.

I also agree with Java363 that they are processing all CCs/DDs till 25th June to clear ths batch of FSW and once this is done, they will start sending AORs (insha Allah we will get ours soon).

During last 2 or 3 weeks, they constantly updated their Website with processing times. In every week, they moved the date by 10 or 15 days ahead and its obvious as June applicants CC are being charged now. So hopefully, in 1 or 2 weeks they will clear all this and will start sending AORs.

My DD was chaged on 23rd Aug, please help me update the status, i don't know why I can't change the list.
