I am in the same boat too. I got my MR check in Feb, like many other Beijing applicants, I have been waiting for 9 months. Days ago, I mailed to VO and I got the reply: We will finalize your case at very beginning of January 2013. So I suppose it's the matter of quota.

Dear friends, I'm telling you our case status in Beijing. Many of us got Med in Feb. this year, and sent PP, PCC, RPRF, MEDs then. So far, 9 months gone, we are still waiting for DM, meanwhile,we've tried to mail to VO, the feedback was "will finalize case at very beginning of January 2013"...

As I know some guys who filed on Apri 30 did not get their AOR yet although their cc was charged already. So I propose be patient, you will get your AOR soon.

My DD was chaged on 23rd Aug, please help me update the status, i don't know why I can't change the list.

Is there any got DD charged?

I dont think you got the right response, because some guys who applied on 17th May got the application return(some mistakes) last week.

I confused why someone get cc reduced after 3rd May if CIO told they hasn't been opened application forms yet!

Do you think CIC has a roughtly review our application before deduction of money? If so, I post my application on 12th May, do you thinking they have checked already for the first round?
