Hi everyone, my CC got charged recently ...can anyone help me with following queries:
1. What is AOR ?
2. Once CC is charged, does it mean CIC has approved my case and it is matter of time to get approval letter (and get prepared for sending further docs to local visa office - new delhi in my case)
3. What could be the further rejection criteria set by local visa office -- criminal history, medical, validity of experience/education, availability of sufficient funds. Anything else ?
4. What would be the best way of preparing for IELTS in Kolkata (India) ? Can I take multiple attempts ?
5. Can I show value of my house as part of fund requirement ? If yes, how to prove that ? Do I need to assess its valuation by certified professional and send that certificate ?

i called the office this morning about my CC charge denied by my bank on 8/17, unfortunately didn’t get any useful information since they only can provide people the status that showed in their system. And they couldn’t find my information. The lady says they are still on 5/3 processing. I found the immigration tried twice on charge my credit card on the same day and both got failed. I called my bank and confirm there will no any issue if the transaction will go through again but just don’t know whether the CIO will give another try. Totally disappointed. Maybe I will receive my application return back this week. My NOC is not on the new list any more. :'(
