Hi Jangong, Nag send ng SMS ang DMP nmin (NHSI) after 1-2 weeks na may further tests kami at hindi pa tapos lahat ng tests namin. Since wala pa kaming clearance from all doctors, hindi pa na-forward sa Embassy medical results namin. Mas advance ang stage mo since submitted na sa embassy yung...

Exciting talaga upon receiving the MR, enjoy the moment! With follow-up consultation pa kami ni hubby with MMC doctors this week, eventually pag may clearance na from them, NHSI will forward the results to Ca embassy, sana by mid-December....January or Feb 2012 malamang PPR namin (fingers...

Hi Francisloe, If I may interpret the MR letter, yan CEM Visa section address ang gagamitin ko although based on the letter, they mentioned to use the PO Box at the upper right corner, kaya lang, hindi naman tumatanggap ng PO Box address kung courier ang use mo at hindi rin option to use snail...

Hi Smile, Accdg sa letter, you may opt to send the RPRF and NBI either through courier to CEM or through the drop-box at basement 4 of RCBC plaza... If I understood it correctly, if using courier, the address is: Canadian Embassy Visa Section Level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza 6819 Ayala Avenue...
