Unfortunately my application returned back today. Stupid reason is that I left blank my spouse's other nationality information. It must be 'N/A' instead of blank.

VERY SORRY FOR YOUR CASE, please let us know what was exactly the reasons written in the letter of rejection.

hi yukon and seniors. i need to clarify in detail about police certificates from india.they mention in website that police certificates signed by commissioner police also enough.no need of passport office certi .is it ok?

They also said that if I want to apply again, I have to consider the changed procedures on Jun 26. This means that I can not apply again because my NOC id removed from the eligible occupation list. But as far as I know, corrected applications should not be affected by changed procedures after first submit date of application.

Please give me an advise, can I apply again?

True, you can apply either with passport ofiice by paying @300/ person or local police station by paying approx@200/ pearson.

But Passport office will issue the PCC within two or three working days where local police may delay the case.

Sorry Eredem if they have mentioned "consider the changed procedures on Jun 26" then u r the out of game. Now u should struggle for AEO which is hard to get but if u get then u can apply.

and more unfortunate is They also said that if I want to apply again, I have to consider the changed procedures on Jun 26 this sentence clearly shows that you have to follow new occupation list and if ur NOC is not availabale now then :-[ you are out of this game
i wish you good luck as Allah knows better then us "what is good for us"

any way for all other members
now it is clear that up to 13th MAY those who havent got there packages back are in safe line
whether there money is deducted or not

That sucks! the reason given is extremely stupid as well. Since they said u have to consider the new NOC i dont think you can apply again

hopefully you will get news today
reading april blog you will find that most of the AORs and CC are charged on tuesday
so lets hope for the best

Im shocked to hear about this.
they are unnecessarily strict.

try to apply under some other NOC if possible which is in the new list.
