as i m using PAKISTANI Rs CC
and my bank told me that transfer rate is deduct-able from your account

It's not 100% guaranteed that we will get AOR. I have seen here that app are rejected after CC have been charged, but it's still a progress and means you have done good at first phase - initial check of app.

It means you have better chance of getting it
