After two years of waiting I got a letter dated March 29 that I don't satisfy all the work requirement. They could have told me two years ago! After wasting so much money.......

Does anyone know if I get my application fee back?

very sad to know your rejection.
No, once a case reaches IN PROCESS. no refund from CIC.

what was your NOC and when did your Ecas reach IN PROCESS, DM? after how many days of DM, you got the refusal letter.

They didnt review your file 2 yrs ago coz they didnt think they'd get so many files than they actually needed. Try for PNP now???

what about the courier service's tracking system? Does that say that the updated documents were delivered top your VO? which Courier serivce did you use? I am watching they are giving less attention to 0213's these days.

i used TCS which is using DHL for international delivery
and till today they havent charged my credit card
i send case spec inq to the office last wk but no reply till today

seems that within few days we all be sharing our good news Inshallah

as per on different forums
applicants who have submitted full documents till 15th Oct 2010 are getting IP or DM status and letters
for additional documents are being issued to some applicants
i am very upset as many of 0213 got rejections with a reason

you do not indicate that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation
as set out in the occupational description of the NOC or that you performed all of the essential duties and
a substantial number of the main duties as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC

i dont know that what criteria they are following as most of the 0213 have given same responsibilities as mentioned in NOCs

How did you know that they refused your application? Did they write you an official letter or what?

its not "Completed" its only "Reviewed" which is not a Visa issue only a review of documents, issuing of visa can be much later after the file goes in review, many Pre-junes are already in process but no MR yet

So you mean we have to wait untill next year...to know their decision....God have some mercy on us...already 2 years has been passed and lot more to wait with Finger Crossed...

a country reeling with recession and in the midst of job and budget cuts they wouldnt hire new 0213's and 4131's coz these are the professionals those must be paid higher salaries. still I believe that IT is a vital part of their economy and the bulk of their IT workforce is supplied from Asian countries. stay hopeful. better look for other countries.

You know one thing,
When you visit any university website and get to career part, You find that university lecturer gets salary in range of 36k - 120k per year based on experience. I dont have much idea for Instructor.
