Perhaps, people just don't share their results of CC actions to their applications on this thread/

I thought one of the functions of a consultant is to speed up their clients case after collecting a huge chunk of money.their function is to avoid mistakes only.Some people did not make use of consultant and they have collected their AOR while we that made use of one are still on the waiting queue

It wont speed up your app,they will check it over then advise you on whats to be rectified. We are using one. Just remember each time they read or advise you on anything it costs lots of cash.By being in this forum has saved me lots of cash,i have had so many questions i wasnt sure of. I asked on here, got a quicker response,and all correct answers without having to wait days .So its many thankx to all on here, and good luck to all

I have mailed my consultant so many times asking questions i do not understand they never reply when i got to this forum all of my questions were answered not by the consultant but by poeple with similar experience.The one that hurt me badly is the Job offer i got i mailed my consultant concerning it he did not reply and that was how i lost the job offer

As per Ailiza's earlier post sshe noted that there is a selection committee who selects applicants for their AOR's post the encashment of their cheques or after cashing the CC or DD.

I myself did not believe this but it truly makes some amount of sense as I have read on this forum in different blogs that several persons were rejected after having their monies deducted.

I hope this clarifies the reason I have chosen to put in that order. Please note that I didn't include any part of processing after the 1st AOR.

Hi Namaste,

First of all, I'm sorry for your refusal.

Second, in NZ is almost impossible to emigrate without a job offer.
For Australia, you have several codes IT related on ANSCO list (schedule 3). Fist you have to have an skill assessment at ACS (Australian Computer Society), sit the IELTS (you have it) and after you have all the docs. you can apply. Will take about 18 months from the moment of your application to a visa - if minister of immigration is not changing anything. 2-3 years overall.

yes even i checked the immigration site but there is no job code related to my husband profile in NZ.

About australia i checked site of ACS....they are charging a non refundable hefty fee for assessing the documents.
My husband as given IELTS and cleared it with good marks.

How about UAE....how to find job there?

I had applied for singapore EPEC but it was rejected they said the reasons are kept confidential.

Hardest part is to collect all documents needed. To review them - just do it your self for 3-5 times, ask someone else to review them before sending, and do everything according to information available in manuals and immigration web page.

That will save you a lot of money and when you will be done you can be proud of your self.

I agree. It really takes a lot of time and patience to review the docements again and again. Make a list for each question if you have a trouble will also help.

Called CIC Canada today. My app is from May 11th, and it seems the knew that already. However, the kind lady told me that they don't have any status on my application yet because they are still processing apps received on May 3rd.

Told me to call in 1 or 2 weeks and provided me with a client number.

They provided with a client number? Interesting. Have you already have CC or DD charged? Does this mean they have a positive assesment on your application?

What information they have asked you to provide you with a client id number? And whats your NOC?

My CC was charged on 9th August. Many thanks to all who gave useful advise in this forum
My application was received on 12the May 2010. If not for this forum, honestly, I would have developed high blood pressure
Again , thanks to the member who gave a detailed explanation on the modus operandi of CIO a couple of days ago
