Answering all the questions:

- I received my rejection via email. Also from FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca
- I elaborated a separate sheet in which I stated all the detailed experience in my area (0213). I even attached several job offers from Toronto which I couldn't accept because I wasn't a Canadian resident.
- I had 3 but less than 4 years of experience in the area (0213).
- The duties I filled in for 0213 were: Web Development Division Head, Web Development Project Manager, Internet Systems Administrator and Servers Manager.
- I also added another extra NOC to my app (2175), as Web Developer with 4 or more years of experience with the following duties: e-Business Website Developer, e-Commerce Website Developer, PHP & MySQL Developer, Web Designer, Webmaster.

The agent just didn't feel that I had enough experience in 0213, which is actually true. I am not a Systems Manager, I am an experienced web developer. I've been manager of 2 companies, and I currently own a company, but specifically focused on web development.

In my opinion, they first check if the application is complete, then they charge the credit cards, and finally they verify all the details. I believe that the person reviewing the application must be an expert in the area, so he/she can know if the work experience is real and actually related to the NOC code.

Hello Heritz so sorry to hear that, is your bachelor´s degree related to computer systems? may be they took it that way.
And if it is related may be they are just making random things because from my point of view you put more than enough to probe your skills and duties.

Very sorry to hear about to your application. All the best for your future endeavor.

You have mentioned duties as : Web Development Division Head, Web Development Project Manager, Internet Systems Administrator and Servers Manager. They look more like a designation than the duties.

Duties I think they might have looked for are "Project Planning, Recruitment, Client Meeting, Requirements Gathering ... " etc.

I have not got mine yet. I applied through a lawyer. I am keeping my fingers crossed. During my document submitting process, I had mentioned certain duties but my lawyer's team changed the wording and said " to align with what CIC expects ". Dont know what is going to happen, since I have to produce letters on those lines IF mine gets through.
