It is very long time we waiting for the first AOR. It is not fair for May applicant to waiting this long.
Joke: A contractor get a job to instal underground pipe line. He hiar three people: the first person os responsible for diging a trench in ground, the second person is responsible to install the pipes, and the third person is responsible for backfill. One day, the first person is working and diging a deep trech, but the second person was absent. So, the third person came and did the backfill. He donot like to miss his day!!! ;D

I think the people who is resposible for our AOR are in vacation. As the most westrn people take their vacation in August. I came with this conclusion after discussion with candian friends. Therefore, we hope that in early of Sept, we will recieve our AOR. Insha Allah the best for all.

these are the best reasons for CIO delaying, their website has not been updated yet after 23 Aug.

I am also in the same boat. My only hope is, if my application was rejected they (Cohen) would have got the papers immediately since they are in Canada and we would have known. Also, since Cohen have used Drafts, the app getting rejected because of Credit Card issue is not there.

The PCCs are valid for 12 months, But they can't be older than 3 months when submitted.

We requested our PCC as soon as our CC was charged before receiving our 1st AOR.

Relax man, take a deep breath and count to 10 slowly. You haven't received a letter stating your application has been declined so no news is good news.

take another deep breath and cook something good to eat and go for a long walk/run. Do something other than watch this forum. Sending good vibes your way.

1.I sent my initial application in March
2.Applied for PCC in April.
3.Received my PCC in early May.
4.My application was returned for a blank field in mid of May.
5.Sent completed application again at the End of May.
6.CC charged in mid of Aug

Do I need to get another PCC?

I think No. But to be on the safe side, if possible, you can drop an application for new PCC. In any case, if the Visa Office asks for a new PCC, so that you can provide it promptly.

Most of CIC-aor-people can be in vacation as mentioned above or be participate into education new stuff.
The only thing we can do, wait and be positive. I wish you all happiness and big luck

Thanks for update!!!!!, guys chill we have to compromise with the situation and hope for the best. no need to be stressful, September is already on the way, so wait and watch, hope all of us will receive good news within a lucky month !!!
