I hope so. AOR will begin to be received this week as the CC charging work is in process for the application lasting June25. Means finiished this phase. Now AORs ahead! Have fun and feel good. :-*

I am really scared.I applied through my consultant ( Campbell cohen) and my application reached CIO may 12 there is no way of knowing if my money has been given to the government cos i payed it to my consultant who will then pay it to the government.I asked them if the money has been charged but they say there is no way of them knowing if the money has been charged.That is ridiculous.
I just have to know if my account has been charged

When CIC charged my consultant credit card for the sum of $1,250 CAD on August 5, 2010, He sent the transaction to me for my reference.

I am also in the same boat. My only hope is, if my application was rejected they (Cohen) would have got the papers immediately since they are in Canada and we would have known. Also, since Cohen have used Drafts, the app getting rejected because of Credit Card issue is not there.

you are not alone. my consultant is ABRAMS, i am worried to mine was may 4. same boat. hope our boat is not sinking. good luck.

HELLO MAY THREAD. I HAVE A QUESTION.....ARE ALL THAT WERE CHARGED BY NS FROM OUT OF UNITED STATES APPLICANTS? THE REASON WHY I AM ASKING IS BECAUSE FOR REFERENCE. MAYBE INDIA, MANILA, PAKISTAN ARE MOVING FASTER THEN THOSE WHO ARE APPLYING HERE IN THE US. WHAT DO YOU THINK? PEOPLE NEED YOUR OPINION.

I think you have to get receipt from your consultant. Otherwise, you can request that from your consultant service.
By the way I am confident the CIO will issue our immigration file number soon. Don't worry my friends. ;D

Be patient and soon they will come. I collecting documents for VO, planing to send them on Wednesday.

It is very long time we waiting for the first AOR. It is not fair for May applicant to waiting this long.
Joke: A contractor get a job to instal underground pipe line. He hiar three people: the first person os responsible for diging a trench in ground, the second person is responsible to install the pipes, and the third person is responsible for backfill. One day, the first person is working and diging a deep trech, but the second person was absent. So, the third person came and did the backfill. He donot like to miss his day!!! ;D

I think the people who is resposible for our AOR are in vacation. As the most westrn people take their vacation in August. I came with this conclusion after discussion with candian friends. Therefore, we hope that in early of Sept, we will recieve our AOR. Insha Allah the best for all.
