Hi guys,
I'm about to submit my profile and have some questions related to work experience:
First some background information: I've been working for the same employer for the past 4 years and will be returning to them in September when my maternity leave will be over. The company has been bought 2016 by Honeywell, but in the official papers+stamps, it still has the old name.
Question 1:
How do I integrate the maternity leave? Do I split the period in 2, one before maternity leave, and the rest after until present, leaving a gap in time? Or do I just add one row of experience from 2014 until present?
Question 2:
As we have been acquired by Honeywell, should I change the name of the company in the Work experience? As I mentioned, all the official papers will be with the old stamp and name, as the procedure of changing the name registered with the authorities is quite complicated, so it will probably not be changed for a while.
Question 3:
Is there any comments field in the express entry profile (not only) where I could write couple of comments like the ones above, explaining the situation?
