Masters in Telecommunication from Canada

Hi,
I'm BE in Telecommunication (completed in 2012), I'm planning to do MS in Telecom but confused in selecting university. I'm having few doubts can anyone help me ?
1- My final result in BE is 68% ( Four year weightage).
2- SSC= 81%, HSC= 79%
3- I haven't done GRE, IELTS or TOFEL
with all this where should I apply and what else should I do get admission in MS program?

first do a research on universities there are a lot of universities / college short list them as per ur field. google search is very helpful to find information. depending on university requirements try to get good IELTS?TOEFL and GRE scores.
