Totoo po ba na pahirapan na po ngayon? Massive refusal po ba tlaga ngayon kahit Master's ang kukunin? Waiting po Biometrics na po kasi kami ng husband ko. Mag aaral po ako Masters in Business Administration tapos nag apply po ng SOWP asawa ko.

Yes. Each province has quotas. What school are you attending? How long is program? When did you apply? Where did you apply from? Did you show paid tuition and $26k cash at a minimum?

If attending a reputable public university in Canada for your masters and your application is strong then most should be approved. The issue is the many are applying to attend essentially degree mills like UCW, NYIT, etc.

Yes although the fact that they offer masters degree has insulated them a bit.
