Hello everyone,
I was trying to look for a topic about the one I need information with. I got married last 2004 but we are no longer living together since 2011. Since it is too expensive to get an annullment in PH we just decided to never bother each other anymore. I have a daugher from him but she's with my mom in the province for I have to work to support her in the city. The last thing I heard is that he has no job but drives a taxi. I'm planning of taking ielts May 2017 and apply for express visa entry. I'm currently working as a software support specialist for 5 years in an American company based in PH but earned an Engineering degree ( Industrial Eng.)
What are my chances of obtaining a visa and get hired with my current status and qualifications? I plan to do an DIY as I believed it will still be the same process with getting help from a representative or agency but would cost me a lot.
I need some advice or advices from those who has more knowledge about this process.
I would greatly appreciate it and wish everyone a good life ahead of us.
Much love,
Claire
