I think there're no guarantees that she will be allowed to stay the duration of his study permit. A friend's wife came to Canada and her passport was stamped the same date she had the ticket back home.
well ur friends wife must have said she wanted to stay for a certain duration......his wife should have said she wanted to stay with him till his studies r over....they ask u purpose of visit and how long u wish to stay

they are not married at the current moment. and he already has his study permit...so she will need to apply for a TRV or the open work permit...just doing research at the moment what would be best...thank you for your advice
