-I am an internationa student in USA and I graduate next year in May.
-Have a Canadian fiancee
-We are getting married next May (maybe in Canada)
- My USA student visa expires on May

If I apply for visitor visa - even thouh my USA visa has expired by then - could I still get the visa to go and get married in Canada? Would I have trouble getting through the border?

ANY SUGGESTIONS?????

please post.

You can certainly apply for a visit visa - however there's no guarantee it will be approved. Before you make plans to marry in Canada, you should apply for a visit visa to Canada to see if it will be granted.

I have applied and gotten the visitor visa 3 times already.

Let say I get the visitor visa in January and enter Canada on January. My visitor visa will last til after may, right? because the visa is good for 6 more months. My plan is not to stay in Canada just to get married there, after this I am movie back to my country with my future wife.
