Are either you or your spouse a Canadian citizen or PR? If neither, then you are not looking at family sponsorship.
Look into other economic streams. as of marriage, mixed-religion marriage is accepted as long as it's legal and wedding was in person.

Hi,

No, this is discrimination and not persecution. There are lots of other nations to look at if you cannot meet Canada's demands for immigrants. What other countries are you actively considering, and what are your respective countries?

Why can't you move to her country?

Best of luck

What I mean is that your case is NOT family class sponsorship. And you have posted your question in the wrong section of the forumn.

Are you registered with the UN refugee agency? Unless you are inside Canada, you cannot claim asylum outside. Canada only accept UN refugee from outside.
https://help.unhcr.org/faq/how-can-we-help-you/asylum-and-refugee-status/

I don't have much information with refugee and asylum. It's better to check in the Refugee section of this forumn.

3. Maintenant même, avant de partir.
