Not really -- but the thing about applying through marriage, the Visa Officer gets to make their own decision as to whether the marriage is genuine or not, which is based on subjective criteria. Remember, we're talking about 'felony' in the abstract here. What is the particular classification of yours? Is it a felony of violence, extortion, fraud, what? The prospects for rehabilitation are going to vary, based upon what the punishment in Canada would be. Here's the link:
