Hi Everyone,

I am looking at the checklist when we apply for outland application for my wife. Under supporting document for sponsor, there is item asking for marriage certificate and I quote:
"Photocopy of your marriage certificate, if you have a co-signer and he or she is your spouse"

This is confusing to me, me and my wife do have marriage certificate, buy I am sponsoring her for PR at this time, she is not a co-signer. Should I tick the box for this item??

Thanks for any help!!

there is no co-signer in spousal applications so just ignore anything that asks about co-signers and put n/a. if there is another item for your marriage certificate to the applicant then just put an n/a over the item for co-signer.

No, don't. No Co-signer so nothing to be submitted regarding that.
And for this question you shouldn't have created a new thread! Should've just posted in your earlier thread.
I wish this forum had Admins and would delete unnecessary threads, sometimes about the same questions. People should learn to use the search function.
