I am a Canadian living in Japan, and I am sponsoring My Japanese wife. We were married in Japan.
On the Document checklist it says to provide a ''Photocopy of your Marriage Certificate, if you have a co-signer and he or she is your spouse''. We do not have a co-signer, so My question is do I need to provide our Japanese marriage certificate?

Thanks In Advance for any Help.

You don't need your marriage certificate for the cosigner part, but you do need to include a copy of it as part of the proof you have a genuine marriage.
