Hi,

Hopefully your file (NOC 1123 ; file received in first week Nov'14) should get opened for completeness check latest by mid Jan'15 and you should get CC charged by first week Feb'15. Also, hope that you are going to be well within the cap for this NOC.

Rules clearly state that DD must be valid for 6 months! Please check with your bank again as mostly international DDs are valid for 6 months.

Hi. Is DD stands for bank draft? Because mine is a bank draft and i dont remember there is an expiry date. Pleae clarify

Pardon me. I meant Bank Draft. Usually they have a validity of 6 months. Pls check again with the issuing Bank and get the clarity.

We always have a chance to rectify a mistake in the early stages. Later on, we only get the application back.

Just checked, Its's 341 for our NOC till Date,,,,, shows that our NOC has gained a bit of pace, i am nov 1st week applicant, is there any chance now that with this gaining pace , is there any chance that i can come inside the CAP

My application reached on 12 Nov and I've no doubt that I'll be in the cap.
