Hello Everyone.
I just received a real CoPR today. Feel so unreal.
Good luck to those of you who are waiting for CoPR. It will come soon suddenly. Mine took 17 months as it says.
I still can't believe that I got it at last.
Have a great Friday evening all of you!

P,S. I'm going to go to Carway border to do the landing next week. If there is anyone who is also going, it would be great to carpool. Reply to my comment here. Thanks!

Hello everyone. I went to Carway border today to land. The officer was certainly not friendly as I expected but he did not send me back so I'm glad. He said they send almost at least one person per day because of incorrect information on the paper. I don't know what he was saying. Mine was fine. It didn't take more than 15 mins for sure. Long drive was worth it!

One question, he said the pr card will be sent to my address automatically. He said I don't have to do anything.
But he didn't tell me how long it would take. I googled and I found this. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp
According to this, do I have to wait another 85 calendar days? Oh please don't tell me...lol
For those of you who recently got PR Card, how many days did you wait?
Thanks a bunch!

did you send your passport?
have they asked for more documents?

they usually ask you to fill this questionnaire to prove that your marriage is legit. you also need to fulfill the requirements of sponsoring your spouse.

if i had known this, i would have held off my marriage as they can think your marriage is not legit(fraud) or your spouse married you for convenience. if that's the case, you and your wife get their application rejected.

i read you dont have to worry if your marriage is legit but then you read stories that say their PR got rejected because the marriage was arranged or stupid things like difference in age.
