Hi guys

I have a special situation here

Apparently they have sent an email to me from CIC requesting a copy of my passport but I have never recieved it. The call center agents are not able to read the email to me so that I know which email address was provided. I may need to wait 3 month to get another email and maybe that one would also get lost on the way Can any one help me with the email address of Ottawa case processing center.

Thank you, some one was actually kind enough to send me the email address. Call center agents wont do that I have tried. They are scared of giving information for some reason!

Got my confirmation of PR! So next time I leave the country and come back in I will sign the documents ... woohoo! So happy.; Now I hear I have to wait 4 years to apply for a Canadian passport. The Stephen Harper government changed those rules, instead of 2 years it is now 4 years? Does anyone know more on this? Anyways, I am happy about PR and I've got a good job here so I will continue to dig my heels in and wait it out another few years for the passport!

Hello guys, so I already sent a copy of my passport and 2 pictures on feb 18th. My package was received by cic on the 19th and I'm still waiting for my return tracker to be activated. Is there anyone else in the same or similar situation as me?? Or anyone whose package was received by cic after the 19th and already got his tracker activated??

Hey Panucci, CIC received ours 18FEB and got the return tracker activated on Friday afternoon. I'm from Visa exempt country as well.
hopefully you'll get yours activated soon.

Any May applicant got passport request yet?

Nope,
Application filed on Mar 10th and got IP on Sep 10th.
Called CIC this morning, my file is still in Sydney.
Many applications filed in April and May event got their passports requests.
Well, still need to be patient, right!

I am confused about your case, thought application only being IP in ottawa.
I called CIC today, and they said my file being transferred to ottawa in Jan. and under IP. They didnt update the system. and I am may 23 applicant. online status is MED REV...

No idea, but it is always good that if file is transferred to Ottawa
