If you applied after Business hours that day, the day of application will be next day. So in your case it might be 21st Nov and tmorrow 21st is Sunday- you might get it by Monday.

Dependents are exempt from paying RPRF.

The dependents should complete the landing before the expiry date on the immigrant visa/ COPR.

Am I the only April applicant who didn't get IP?

My application received date was 24 April 14 under Mpnp. No status updates after July. ECAS is still showing Application received and Medical received. I feel it's faster for applicants whose visa office is outside Canada.My brother's Visa office was first Colombo then transferred to New Delhi. In Colombo things moved much faster than Delhi so I guess it depends on their workload and resources. His application was received around 2012 May. So let's see what happens.

yes my daughter is included in my apolication. she even had her medical back at home..cic asked her...was planning for her to finish 1 school year back at home first before applying her a passport

I am confused here. She is included in your PR application and has already done her medicals and all this without her having a passport in the first place.

I uploaded the UMI form I received from the clinic where I went for my medicals. You can visit your clinic and request for the UMI form.
