maybe your papers will be approve...sometimes.their decision are not accurate...they cant even update the ecas that much...i will not be surprise if 1 day they will PPR you already...

These are the GCMS notes, can't get more precise than that. It's the original report from their sytem, all your case information is there.

I really hope they approve my medicals as is, I don't want to spend another $1,000 and wait a few more months.

This process is draining all my energy, I feel exhausted, sad, anxious, I'm having trouble trying to sleep and so on, so forth...

believe me, i know how it feels....i think all applicants is in the same stage like ours....im just trying to be positive, yes there are time i feel like giving up and just buy a ticket to go home but we're almost in the finish line my friend☺

Does any march-applicant have their GCMS notes?
I still firmly believe that March-2014 applicant should get PPR or DM before end of this month, god help up,

Keep in mind that GCMS notes are a month old minimum by the time you get to see them... Considering how this process works at CIC, if someone STARTS looking at your file one month is plenty of time to get your PPR/DM.

That is why the "In Process" is so important. Because someone has started looking at your file. From my observation;

-Application sent ---> AOR = roughly 6-8 weeks
-AOR ----> MR = roughly 3-4 weeks if you did not get your with AOR
-AOR/MR ---> In process = 7-8 months
-In process ---> PPR/DM = 1-2 months

You'll see that the majority of the time is spent waiting for the file to be looked at...not to get a decision made or PPR.

Now given how erratic and slow CIC has been recently and the recent influx of applications bogging down PNP offices, I guess we can say our applications are not going to be according to the timeline set above. May be add 1.5 months max to the end.

February/End of March 2015 we will have had this ordeal over with, incl. the PR card, is my self-educated guess.

True. My file says "Date Generated: 10/21/2014", which is a month old.

Still, they didn't start processing my application. I just asked my MP to help me checking whether I need new exams or not. That would be quicker than waiting for an email response from CIO or CPC. What I could understand from what I've been reading, it's more likely they will ask for a new one, unless they're too benevolent with me...

I am a 10th March applicant. I ordered my GCMS notes last month and got them on Nov 7th but they were generated on October 17th. I am a 10th March applicant. My GCMS notes says Eligibility, Criminality and Medicals all passed. Security Check- Not yet started. The last time my file was updated was on 10th September- the very date my case turned IP. Hope this helps. I am really worried.

Thank you!!!!!!!

I am pretty sure that I will have my PR way before June, but this line

"...they have valid status on a work permit that is due to expire within four months..."

basically means that I have to go to the border on Feb if I will not receive a DM in time.
Keep in mind that we are over the half of November and I am still waiting for the IP, and guys like Diaboluce are in IP since two months now! ???
I am not pessimistic, but I want to be prepared for any circumstance! 8)

Add me to the list. Application received- 10th March 2014. IP- 10th September 2014. I honestly feel CIC and logic are mutually exclusive.

I have ordered GCMS notes in the beginning of November let's see what that says in a week :)

Security check is performed by CSIS. Criminality check deals with PCCs and RCMP checks. Take a look. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/protect/admissibility.asp

I mean, we have submitted PCC from RCMP as part of process and if it says nothing on there, it means stupid security takes 3months for Feb and 2months for March applicants lol

Thanks, man. You will get your results before Christmas since it takes approx four weeks.

We should start posting our GCMS notes here too, not everything obviously, but some important things like status for ELIGIBILITY, CRIMINALITY and SECURITY like I did.
