I think Security includes your Police Check but I have absolutely no idea about what are the parameters in Eligibility criteria they are checking..completely confuse about this,

I hope what i am thinking thats the reality because eligibility in process according to me directly indicates that your file is in process. Moreover now a days cic is not updating ecas at all hope the direction i am thinking is right

it might be most of the April Applicants are already in their "In process" status but just that the ECAS not updated yet because of the hard working CIC staffs..

Ok, so the app might be in process... and here's the bad news:

They changed my upfront MEDICAL from "PASSED" to "PASSED -EXPIRED" in August. The medicals were done on July 2013 and valid until July 2014, but I thought it would be good since they updated to "Medicals Received" in June....

So now I don't know whether I'll have to make the medical exams again or not....

More bad news:

ELIGIBILITY: NOT STARTED (same status since May...)

So, April applicants, they didn't even touch mine, just for bad news....

I can't explain how sad and disappointed I am.

CRIMINALITY: IN PROGRESS (same status since May...)

I'm asking sorry before make the question (cause i know is silly and probably I didn't get because I don't know very well the process), but I don't understand one thing.
You say that medical exam was done on July 2013, but your AOR is dated April 14th, 2014 (at least this is what your signature say).
Did you send old medical exams to them?!?

Medicals are valid for 12 months, therefore they were still valid when CIO received my application in April.

maybe your papers will be approve...sometimes.their decision are not accurate...they cant even update the ecas that much...i will not be surprise if 1 day they will PPR you already...

i dont know how they do it, all i know is they should have atleast a systematic procedure....its making me think that as if they have a roulette in their office, and try to spin it...so wherever the arrows points them, then thats their decision
