on 10th March, 2015, one year is completed since my application was received at CIO-Sydney. Now the file is in CPC-Ottawa. My medical will expire in 3 weeks... So frustrated...

The other thing is my passport was expiring in july 2015 so I renewed my passport, the question is should I inform cic about my renewed passport and how can I do that ?

Hi! email them your new passport. I think its in Ottawa. To make sure, call the call ctr and ask the email address..the number is 1888-2422100

wow! thats almost 17 months..its really sad and very frustrating. Alot of people get it very fast, and some suffer from waiting. Its really stressful everyday that u wake up without any good news

I wonder how CIC do it...How they base their decision to each and every applicants. Is it base on the category if 1 person is a PNP or graduate stream, etc., or it depends on which province you applied... I have a co worker who got his PR after 8 months only..And my other co worker got his after 11 months.......Me, still in limbo ....going on my 12th month in 2 weeks

I thnk once its in process there is a big chance for PPR in 4 months!!
