Im 17th month. CIC call center told that medical reassesment completed, waiting on RCMP for criminality !! Medical and PCC will expire every 12 months if they keep the application there longer. Agents opinion is wont take longer than 2 more months. I dnt believe them.

Im in canada too!! Their are agencies through which you can apply for PCC FROM consulate general's office Toronto. It takes 3-4 weeks.

I dont think there is anythnk to worry. I got a 3rd pcc request even after i submit mine and later they disregarded it. Its all human errors. In your case may be theyve some furnishing left. Atleast they given u a deadline april. Be patient and hope for the best.

Im a december 12 2013 applicant !! only upto in process in my 16th month. Ive seen a lot of applications gone through so far except mine. I never seen a single in canada applicant (or dependant)got a second medical call.

If its in Canada what i noticed is again they waive them if its almost at the final stages!! If its at the beginning they do request it. I dnt have much examples for in Canada dependent application . There are difference in province ive noticed that Nova scotia is the fastest Alberta is second Manitoba is the slowest

Im december 12th 2013 app received !! Inprocess from feb 17 2015!! A lot of applicants are from before feb 2014 still waiting!!

I got rprf may 15 2014 In process feb 17 2015!! One of my friend who changed to in process on Nov 11 2014 got PPR on March 21 2015 Hopefully we will get it sooner
