Got result today R-6.5, L-6.5,w-7, s-7.5. Well I was confident to get more than 7 in R and L section. Can I reevaluate Reading and Listening? do you think is there any chance?

Please let me know

Using ieltsessentials, I keep getting an error saying candidate number not found, even though the exam date shows up.
Took the exam in the US.

Is there any one else facing this issue?

Yes. Same here. Took from IDP in Dubai.

If I resit for IELTS and got a lower band score, can I still use the old one with higher band?

i get what you are saying..and i will be clear if my wife manages similar scores else might have to try again..we could land anywhere between 389 and 434..worst case/best case scenario..lets see..

Terrible scores :-X

Listening - 7.5 (Missed by one correct answer for a Band 8)
Reading - 6.5 ( I did not expect such a low one. I might have rather been over confident with my answers)
Writing - 6.5 (My content looked liked a Band 7. I am sure being very optimistic here.)
Speaking - 7 (No qualms in this. I fumbled a bit in Part 2. Nevertheless not a bad one)

Over all band 7. Was able to just bump my scores from 370 to 395 :-\. I am planning to go for a revaluation with my Speaking and Writing scores alongside registering for a an IELTS again. Does this sound possible with BC or should I wait for revaluation results and then proceed for retaking the exam, if no changes in it ?

if you are the main applicant, your spouses score shouldnt matter much. she can get a maximum of 10 points for language.

dont waste your money on revaluation cos even if speaking and writing increase, your listening and reading wont wont increase. you have to retake it anyway.

I concur with that. So I'll have to focus more this time on overcoming my negatives.
