BC. I did not know that in my country they do not distribute Candidate Number. So I just went to their office and picked up my certificate.

I got my desired score on 24th feb and missed the draw on march 1 waiting for Wes since December. I got WES report yesterday and ready for the next draw. If there was a draw on 15th, I would have missed it.
