Hi guys. Language and Physical Presence are completed on 27th August but Prohibitions still in progress. I thought these 3 are completed together. Is there anybody in same situation?

Hi Guys,

Application submitted: 7th March.
Exam: 29th May
After my Background Verification was completed on 7th June, there has been no update. I reached out to IRCC but was given the standard response that application is under standard process duration.

Is there any other way I can try to bring my application to their attention ?
Seems like everyone I know who submitted application around the same time has received the Oath invitation.

Looks like a lot of us got through final steps at the end of last week. I am another one!

LPP completed Aug 29.
Tracker updated to show this Sept 2.

No DM or Oath letter yet. I travel to Asia for work Sept 22-Oct 5. Knowing my luck my ceremony will get scheduled right in the middle of that! If ceremony is before I leave, as an American, I don't have to wait to get passport right? I can just return on my US Pass? I only use my Nexus card to enter anyway.

For US citizens, yes - all other passport holders would need to get a Canadian passport to be able to board the plane.

I believe you don’t have to, as an American. I stand to be corrected though.

My original appointment was September 10 and it my tracker updated to show September 23 (updated Aug 29) because I requested a reschedule, but since then, I haven’t received the oath email yet.

Finally, logged in today and got some updates for my application! Vancouver office is working
LPP got completed on August, 29 with the update being shown on the tracker from September, 2.
Got invited to take the Oath on October, 7: no official email though and it's just update on the tracker.

I wish Everyone to have their Citizenship Application completed and approved!
Will post here as soon as I get any Oath instructions email.

You shouldn’t be worried. I got my download email about a week before the oath ceremony. Besides, during oath ceremony, they would still ask you for your preferred type of citizenship certificate ( either paper or electronic).

Thanks for your help! Done with my Oath yesterday. I received the download link this morning and certificate was uploaded by noon.
