Mine took 14. It was on ordeal. When I did it other people that submitted when I did were getting done in three months. Even having to resubmit papers ( my husband's signature was missing in one spot). After seven months, I called my MP and they miraculously 'found' the application I supposedly didn't send in 24 hours and three calls from the MP. No apology but eCAS showed the date they received it at the date they should have four months prior. My guess is they put it in the inland pile. My son's citizenship grant app got shoved on a shelf somewhere and the lady literally found it when I called. She was almost crying and very apologetic so I believe she did just find it. My PR card renewal went well but I don't trust them fully after all that trouble. It's a big reason I wanted to do this. So I never have to deal with them again.

That's weird as you did get your AOR. It's like they haven't updated it since they sent it.

Hi, I submitted my online application on March 25th and got an email from IRCC on March 28 with my UCI# and application #. Is that my AOR?
I am confused, because when I login to the portal the status says as below (in bold). But when I google, it says an email including UCI & App # is the AOR email..
