I got an email to download the electronic Canadian Citizenship Certificate. But i have not gotten oath ceremony invitation. Is that expected?

Just to let you know, my profile was updated yesterday to "Take the citizenship test". None of the other steps progressed though, and no emails were received yet. Hopefully you got or you will get some movement v soon

YES, I received a notification as well on the portal and my test is to be taken between July 12, 2024 and August 10, 2024. no email received yet

The status of our citizenship test has been updated to "In Progress" today July 2. Test to be taken between July 12, 2024, and August 10, 2024. Waiting for email.

Got access around sometime in April end after multiple webforms, calls one good agent was able understand what I'm trying to explain through screenshots provided and rectified the issue.

Anyone who recently gave the citizenship test can help me with a question? was there a question like “ are u currently in canada?” before we begin the test? I am currently abroad for a vacation and will have to give the test in couple of days and when enquired i heard there is such a question and by giving correct response we can proceed with the exam( ie exam could be taken outside of canada) Any guidance will be appreciated, tia

You can give the test from outside Canada too. It might trigger an interview with IRCC during LPP stage.

No. In my time you had to reply to the test email and tell IRCC that you outside Canada which they will approve, before which you should not take the test. But now they have removed the approval part. I am not sure about the question before the test.

There is no definite trend equally hard to predict, LPP, on average, will take approximately how much time?

Anyone with early April AOR who is still waiting to hear back? There's absolutely no movement on my application and I am wondering of now is a good time to contact IRCC
