Your application (if FSW) seems to have crossed their standard processing time of 5months. Did you call IRCC to know the status?

Same here, I called IRCC two time, on May 29 and on August 11. Both times they said to me that security has not started yet. So why aren't they starting the security check for us?
Important to know that MPs can't influence the outcome or the speed of it. They can only check with IRCC.

I am inland PNP. I have ordered GCMS notes earlier from CBSA and IRCC. I have only received notes from CBSA so far. Basically the same info I gave earlier. My eligibility is passed and security still haven't started yet. Last they worked on my file is on March 29. Currently the processing time online is showing 9 months for PNP express entry applicants so I will wait for the 9 months before contacting a MP. My primary office is Sydney.
Update on my case.
I received the second portal email on Sept 6.
Submitted my address and photo on Sept 11.
Interesting thing about my case was that I called IRCC to make sure they have received my spouse's documents. The agent said they did but they will start processing her application once my PR is finalized (from what I have read online, I thought they won't confirm my PR until her applications is also finalized). BTW, I'm inland and she is outland.
I hope everyone else gets their PR soon. It just doesn't make sense to take this long.

Update on my case.
My tracker was showing my bio and medical exam passed, background check in progress, and eligibility not started since May.
I submitted a message to webform on 09/21 asking about my application status and got a response saying my application is still in process.
Yesterday I received an information letter from IRCC asking me to submit passport and photos while my tracker shows eligibility complete but background check still in progress.
What does that mean?

I got Request letter in my gckey today.
But when I opened the gckey for request letter, I noticed a change under additional documents section from ‘We do not need additional documents’ to ‘We are reviewing the additional documents you provided’ ( along with today’s date).
Although, I never got any ADR.
Though, I submitted Renewed passport and updated POF in march/april. At that time, for those documents, I got the update just in the tracker.
Is this change in gckey something that I should be worried about?

Finally got my Final Decision and PPR on 21st September. Thanks a lot everyone for the help and guidance all through out the journey.
Background finally got completed on 21st Sept as well. After a lonnnnnng silence. Last update was of eligibility on 5th may 2023.
