Hmmm well he did submit a document, so I suppose someone had to take a look at that document. I don't think that IRCC is so advanced where they have AI reviewing document scans.
I once asked one agent and was told IRCC actually do have AI components now. She even said review for job reference letters might be performed by AI. Doesn't has to be AI though. We live in a world of legacy and modern info retrieval systems. ATS is one such example too: two column resume = instant rejection, single column resume = accepted; photo on resume = auto rejection, etc.

Just adding to my previous entry, that today (April 25) my background check also moved to "Not Applicable", as seen in some other posts here today. It seems someone (or some AI) was working today.

On 9th, Mar. I didn’t get any email or number. The agent said it is because they are my representative so only they can access to the portal and get updates.
