Congrats! I had my ceremony on the 6th of April but my status on the tracker hasn't changed. Curios - what did you fill in the subject line of the email when you sent back the oath form? The written instruction say one thing but the IRCC person that checked my ID etc on zoom asked to include her name in the subject line. I'm wondering if this has caused any delays in further processing my application..

Thank you! I did include the name of the IRCC person as well. The subject line was - OATH FORM For (Application Number), (Last name) - (Name of the IRCC person).

Thanks - I mentioned the name of the agent in the beginning. Only difference. Fingers crossed, logic dictates this shouldn't be an issue but you never know with IRCC lol.

Could any one give me an idea as to how many days did the certificate take to reach you after virtual oath ceremony from SCR office? My oath is on 26 Apr and I have to travel on 20 May.

mine took over 2 weeks to reach from Niagara office but i wasn't in rush. You may ask during your ceremony if you can pick up your certificate In-Person from Scarborough office. They may need you to show the proof of travel plans and allow you to pick up in person. I saw people doing this in another thread.

That’s great information. Thank you , will ask them about picking up in person during the ceremony. I have tickets to show as proof.

Hey, how long does it take to close the case after ceremony? I had my citizenship ceremony(online) on Tuesday last week, and emailed IRCC the digital oath form right after the ceremony. My citizenship status hasn't been closed yet, still is stuck on the ceremony process. Is it pretty normal?

Which line did you call?

I applied for first GCMS in early November 2022. Then applied for second notes in early Jan. Did not receive any of them.
