Called them this morning and they give you generic answers you can easily get online. It’s absolutely pointless and increases the frustrations. So why pay people to man the phones if they can’t provide you with more information ? Another way to waste money by the government and of course paid by taxpayers!
The man I spoke with this morning told to expect my application to be completed mid February 2024! What a joke!
Could not answer any questions whatsoever it’s probably the worst immigration process I’ve come across. Lack of information and transparency with no clear timelines and or process!
I requested notes on my file under the access to information twice since October 2022 and nothing.
The whole system needs massive overhaul
I just spoke to my representative and saw the tracker for the first time. My test was updated to complete on November 28th. The last update was March 2,2023. I did not see any other update. I think the March update was a generic update because nothing changed. LPP was in progress. My representative told me IRCC is very busy with people from the Ukraine and the earthquake victims in Turkey. So, we might expect some delays in the Oath. I am assuming the tracker is updated in the beginning and at the end of the month. Keeping fingers crossed and praying.
