Could you let me know if you were able to suceed in getting credit for your time in Canada prior to PR and the status of your application. I recieved an AOR in March same day after resubmitting on line for the third time. Then I did finger prints and completed BG on May 25th. No status change since. Im concerned that they are still delaying due to claiming physical presance as a visitor prior to PR. So many are moving forward and at 70 yrs old exempt from test and language I would think my app would be easy.
Got an email from IRCC today. They are asking me to email them scanned copies of my passport and travel documents I held during eligibility period.
why would they ask for it if I already submitted it with the application?
Anyone else got the same request?
My timeline is -
AOR - March 16 (single, online)
FP and test request - Nov 14
FP done - Nov 15
Test done - Dec 3
BG check and test showing completed in tracker - Dec 9.

It seems to me they are asking everyone who applied online. What visa office is yours?
Has anyone contacted CIC for their glitch in the system? I keep checking every day but everything is gone back to not started they were all completed on Nov 21st!!

What is your application status now and when did you send them documents please?
They respond by saying that they are aware of the glitch and are working on fixing it. I don't know why I was hoping for a more helpful response, but as per IRCC tradition, they keep it vague with no timeline of when it should be all sorted and fixed.
I sent my Passport pages on October 21st and they acknowledged me on 24th October
Help please! Opened my profile Wednesday and it had been updated. On the application history it was saying “2 new updates”, however the only change I can see on my application is that the Citizenship Test went from “completed” back to “in progress”! What the heck has happened? Any ideas?

On December 1, 2022, I submitted a request Access to Information Act to CSIS and received a letter that has the following
“A record search for the requested information was completed on the basis of the information provided by you and we were unable to locate any record relevant to your request”
Does it mean my application was sent from IRCC but was never received or forgotten by the CSIS?
