I happened to check ECAS after a while yesterday and it was showing decision made. The tracker still shows in progress for prohibitions physical presence and language.

I think you should see an update about the background check. I believe the BG check is before the test, although some people on this forum had it after the test. Good luck.

Got a ghost update today. No email. Just logged in and saw that my application was last updated October 25th and it said "New update". No other changes, everything still "In progress" Fingers crossed.
This morning I opened my profile again and they are requesting my fingerprints now. But once again no e-mail. So I have citizenship test and fingerprints request and haven’t received email for none of them. Is this normal?

I got my test notification as well but the date says Oct 28 so I assume the email will come then.
And for tests in some cases they don't send the email until the morning of the test window start. Even if you don't get an invite it doesn't seem to matter. All the instructions are readily availble on the test website and the link will start working at midnight Eastern Time on the test window start date.
