Online is so slow, applied online on March 19th, in progress since April 25th, nothing after.

Asked MP to enquire, office is Scarborough (my location is Brampton)
BGC is in progress
Got a ghost update, says application updated on July 6th.

The address is the same as were they sent the application, and in ecas it says descion made and on the citizenship tracker it says waiting for requesting documents, and only prohibitions is complete, it is for 3 minors.

This is normal, it means their citizenship has been approved. When you send in the PR cards, they will send back their citizenship certificates. Adults have to destroy their PR cards at their oath ceremony. When did they apply?

They applied on March 17 2022, got delivered I think March 21 2022

Fantastic! Around 4 months processing! This is what someone else reported who had filed at the end of 2021. Congratulations!

Thanks I guess got to wait to recieve there citizenship in the mail, they sent there pr cards about 2 weeks ago but portal hasn't been updated still says there waiting on the document.

The online accounts says ‘Fingerprints requested’ on July 11th. But I haven’t received any email yet.
Is there any way that I can contact them?

Hi everyone! I got the AOR email with a pdf with my UCI and application number (online citizenship application)
I tried to use these to register for the online citizenship status tracker
But each time have tried, I get the incorrect UCI/application number error
Anyone else have this?

It takes a day or two before you can register. Try again tomorrow or the day after.

If you received the AOR pdf in your email before it means they have the correct email, so nothing to worry. I received the email 4 or 5 hours after I saw the update on the tracker.

The email address is correct with them. I will wait for the letter to come.

but no luck
