No! People with January 22 AOR are getting their CoPR now. And for inland applicants the processing time are faster.

When you say that people with January 22 AOR are getting their CoPR, do you mean people that applied inland or outland?

People from Feb AOR 2022 are getting PR already, for both inland and outland.

March AOR 2022 will come shortly the week after the next (hopefully).

Is it really taking 21 months to process the applications?

It looks like the 21-month average is based on the cases they have in the system right now — including those that were stuck in limbo since the beginning of COVID lockdowns. 2022 cases should be moving a bit faster, hopefully. However, worth noting that the 6 months advertised before is _an average_, and so far only 34% of January cases are reporting receiving a PPR.

I applied for PR from my home country and then came to Canada on Work Permit.
Am I considered Inland or Outland?

If the "current address" that you put when applying for PR was from your home country, then you're considered Outland.

I'm not sure about this one, but maybe you should contact IRCC saying that you moved to Canada on a Work permit.

Same is my case, i raised webform( 2 months ago) for address change but no update about the webform neither there is any change in application status except for Medical passed and biometric updated

I raised a webform as soon as I came to Canada, no response as well!
Let's wait and see.

I think that I just received a ghost update... I didn't receive any emails or anything, but I noticed that my names in the Express Entry profile is now in all caps! That's weird... I'm almost positive that it wasn't all capitalized before.

Does anyone ever heard of something like this? Is this even considered a ghost update?
