Mine reached 03 March.
Is there any tracker yet?

Hi Harry, I'd really appreciate if you can help clarify one question, I am a PR in canada. I am about to file application for my spouse who is in India. I need to know if i can travel outside canada once the application for my spouse is submitted? I need to go for emergency family reasons

I do not think there is an official length of time and if they do, no one knows what it is. Some have said they got rejections over it, others say they got requests for an updated form, while still others have said that IRCC allows for the current form and one older. Some say they have a month to three months leeway, while some also say that it depends on the person that looks at your file and if they are anal enough to have an issue with it. So the short answer is that no one really knows.

I personally submitted mine in January and it had outdated forms from March, but from what I see, the only difference is the legal disclaimer at the bottom, which does not seem so important. Therefore, you are probably fine with your submission.
Thanks a lot for the response.

Time line
File received 10th March
AOR—— 23rd of April
Biometric request——27th of April
SA—— 28th of April

Waiting for medical

A PR is expected to remain in Canada throughout the process except for short trips of about less than a month is suggested. However there is no rule that gives specific guidance for it.
