RCMP Response : Sep 15th
GU1 : Sep 18th (We are reviewing the additional docs)
1st Portal email: Sept 20th replied on Sep 21st
2nd Portal: waiting
VO changed from Vancouver >> Montreal >> Etobicoke

I have dependents too, I received 3 mails but all on same mail ID i.e. mine. I responded in a single mail and mentioned that I would Go for Option A and add details for all dependents just kept the Email part same for all.
What's your case.

My case was that I also used my spouse email for her in the sections that concern her when I was filling the online application form in February. However she didnt respond because I have responded for me and her in my email.

I think I just had a ghost update, but it was probably a technical error as my account page was pretty laggy when I tried to open anything.
