if your application needs to submit FP, IRCC will send you a request with all the details, is not necessary for all applications to submit the FP

My FP was received on Jan 17th, still waiting for BG completion

My result was received on Jan 18th, still I am waiting for BG completion

No need to be held for a long time, there is a callback service you choose to call you back

Did you call IRCC to check if they received it or not?

Same for me, I did FP on Dec 13th and they received results on Jan 17th, after that no update and moving
