Guess it is " follow up with Family practice/ walk-in clinic"AOR- March 15th. I ordered my medical reports post IME and I noticed that the Panel physician mentioned below in my report as my BP was 160/95.
AR. BP elevated, recommended to f/u with FP/WIC
Does anyone know what does " f/u with FP/WIC" means? The doctor never asked me to go for cardiology tests like ECG and others.
